As I understand this is O2 XDA Zinc (Asus Mars II), there is no available ready instruction on this moment. And get complette description of your problem, and after what it appear...

At first check that your battery is charging, and check that back cover is closing correct... what it do when you plug in charger or USB? |

Complette describe of your problem, and after what it appear...
There is too little information, why you sinc that JTAG solved your problem? JTAG repair only bricked bootblocks, but not hardware problems... |

As I say early, if don't do something with your device, only turn of, bootloader cannot be destroy. Try to charge your battery from external charger, somethung lke charger fom any mobile phone, conect it wirles to contakts of battarey checking polarity and charge it about 30 - 45 minutes...
What abou JTAG pins, the only real way to fid them it is desoldering CPU... |
