Hello, does anybody experienced with P320 jtag connection ?
Since I totally damaged just this BL.
Could also someone upload with complete bootloader for this model, please ?

As I see Your bootloader is not dead, so you don't need JTAG-repairing
Try to find wright SD image...
And are you try to update from PC?

Is it hung in boot mode only, or can start OS

Try to format your SD in other way, if you format it in FAT, do it on FAT32, chang your SD to lowest capacity

Yes, I tried to use 3x SD cards capacity (2G, 1G and 256MB) even fat or fat32 but no success.
It hangs in bootloder, see attached picture. (read SD busy)
Strange is that I can successfully update EXT_rom.nb0 but no image FLASH.bin. Then sd reader is OK.
Seems to me like bootloader image algorithm couldnt validate this FLASH.bin image.
Further is missing description for recovery boot (not sure if its really recovery).
According this performance, I think that bootloader algorithm is really damaged.

I also tried to connect through KITL/rndis but no success.

You mentioned "update from PC", could you described which kind of tool ?
Cause I dont have any other suitable tool, out of "usbloader". Which is for PXA platform only, but this model is based on TI OMAP.

Have you any other tools or way to do it ?
Is it possible to dump complete and newest bootloader (then my) in version 3.1 ? Probably ethernet ebootond.nb0 file.

ja ponimaju po ruskom jazyku. :-) So you can write your posts in russian language.

But I already tried with 4 types of languages based on original Asus ROMs but "still no success".
I will do more tests and let you know.

Is it possible to dump me bootloader v3.1 please ?
Definitely this bootloader, even 3.1 isnt correctly tuned. Its also visible on problems with standard user flashing experience.

А вот с бутом беда, отдельно ebootond.nb0 я не встречал. А как его слить с устройства, пока не знаю. Подумаю, может удастся снять полный дамп. Просто этим не занимался... Вот http://pdamobiz.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=227291&PN=1 у человека схожая проблема, но решения не написано. В общем, попробую подумать, как снять полный дамп. А уж из него можно будет пытаться вытащить сам ebootond.nb0 и т.д.

I read this post, too. Same problem as main.
Version 2.28 is probably offering with direct bootloader reflash, so I suppose that will be possible to write BL directly from SD to NAND.
Question is how to dump and eventually modify in order to get correct file for flashing.

In worst case the JTAG could be only solution for this issue.

Так а что заливать через JTAG, если нет самого бутлоадера?

Кстати, проблема еще может быть связана с тем, что для 2.28 нужен несколько иной формат flash.bin. Он у тебя от родной прошивки или откуда?

Беда в том, что для P320 сейчас все, что доступно, выложено вроде здесь: ftp://ftp.asus.com.tw/pub/ASUS/Mobile_Phone/P320/

Но там ничего полезного не видно...

Original version has been WWE (this original version of FW isnt available on Asus web/ftp at all).
I dont remember exact original version by number, but it was quite obsolete.

Yes you are right we need to get working bootloader. Otherwise no way further

Note that once I reflashed to newest version and it worked properly. It read and wrote main image Flash.bin without any problems.
Out of GSM.BIN, cauze this old bootloader is able to read GSM.RAW only.
Then I upgraded again into latest version with current result.

PS : during last flash it also read and wrote "Flash.bin" correctly, even I repeated flash again.
But OS failed to start up, it also hangs in same bootloader step as today.
When I powered down and I tried next day again, bootloader was unable to read or write Flash.bin anymore.
With couple of differences :
- no any description about ROM version, (means, missing description of ROM version loaded)
- no possible to read/write this image again
- missing rom menu under left soft key (ROM 3.5.3_0403).

Note I tried to use 2x different battery packs.

А может просто все дело в карте (MicroSD)? Проверь ее на битые сектора или просто попробуй с другой. Такие случаи бывали, что именно из-за частичного выхода из строя флешки, были проблемы с прошивкой.

P.S. Я подумаю, как снять полный дамп или попробовать иными способами вытащить новый бутлоадер. К сожалению, прямо сейчас этого не знаю...

I think that isnt caused by SD cards. As I tested with 5xSD brands with different capacity mentioned above.
For formatting I used Panasonic SDFormatter 2.0 utility and embedded XP format utility.

All troubles are pointing to somehow damaged bootloader or further phone images.

Small update, I was able to go through message "Read SD busy".
Instead I got this message "SD Download success", see attached picture.

But during this process is missing usual flash countdown for mdoc flashing.
This process is done during 3 seconds and thats all, followed by auto restart.
But no any changes, still hangs in bootloader.

It would be great to decode what Asus engineers means by "SD Download success" ??
Because no write done, so it should be either read, verify or erase. Very funny....
Definitely its showing on problem with wrong checksum algorithm.

У меня сейчас та же проблема, но с другой версией bootloader`а. После некорректной перепрошивки, аппарат не хочет видеть ни какие версии прошивок, точнее не хочет их вливать. Ломаю голову, что может быть, поменял 3 карточки, прошивки одним файлом и разложенные на составляющие, разные версии.. Может флешку в NTFS отформатировать, да гвоздем к процессору прибить...

Your issue is far away from main. You have problem with missing GSM Flash File System.
Probably missing file system, due to data error or chip format problem.
You couldnt use ntfs, as bootloader doesnt work with this file system.
Also you can see from pictures, that my image files are readable by bloader but not flashable at all.

Has anybody dumped bootloader 3.1 ??

yes I know that service is one of possible option, but my device was purchased in us. And its probably out of warranty.

There is way to dump bootloader over JTAG. But I dont have service manual for 320 board.
I own Wiggler, so I hope that I can do dump myself. But jtag pins needed.

May be on the top of board in left corner 15-Pin Debug Connector
1. TCK 2.TDI 3.TDO 4.TMS 5.nTRST on the top of connector,
but I'm not sure
